The cost below is for the unit including the 16,000lbs escape jack. The below price does NOT include shipping. Shipping is estimated at $300 per unit, but will vary by destination and season.

These units are very heavy and require freight shipping to a destination with a loading dock. We can ship to different facilities that have a loading dock. We will have the unit delivered as close to the address as possible, and it is your responsibility to pick up the unit and transport it to your installation location. We cannot "dropship" these units directly to a customers home or business.

All contractors receiving discounts on tornado bunkers will receive schematics on how to install each unit they purchase. These schematics will include concrete cut dimensions, depth, and best practices for installations

Contractors are responsible for pulling permits (or directing home owners to do so), training customers on how to access and use their bunker, installation, and clean up. Your purchase does not include equipment or equipment rental, labor, or any other cost required to install a tornado bunker unit. Your cost covers the unit itself, and shipping the unit to a pickup location.

We require at lease 21 days notice for delivering a tornado bunker. These are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Oklahoma City, OK, and require coordination with the manufacturer, carriers, and drop points. We will work with you to meet any requested date, and we will inform you if that date isn't possible.

It is also up to the individual contractors to ensure that there is adequate clearance to install the tornado bunkers. We recommend getting pictures of the garage and the driveway so you can advise the customer ahead of time on how to prepare the space where the unit will be installed.
