Tornado Bunker Team To Oklahoma City

The Tornado Bunker Team will be on the road to Oklahoma City, OK from June 16-June 19, 2013. We are taking a trip out to the midwest to visit Smart Shelters, Inc and get an in-depth look at their new storm shelter units and to work with their installation team on best practices to properly install the Smart Shelter in-ground units.

We are looking forward to working with the guys and gals over at Safe Shelters. Their operation installs over 800 in-ground storm shelter units per year in their area. Working with them gives us both a great advantage, as our team brings in over 15 years of construction, remodeling, and concrete experience.

During the trip, we are planning to take an unplanned detour to view the damage caused by the tornado that passed through Moore, Oklahoma. The damage there was just devastating, with a 1-2 mile wide path of destruction. We pray for the families involved, and those that lost loved ones because of the storm. There will be lots of cleanup ahead, and we will do what we can while we are there. Let’s keep them in our thoughts and prayers.
